The city is famous for the Taal Volcano and Taal Heritage Town, which attract many visitors a year. With several crossings a day, Batangas Port is primarily used for travellers to access the popular tourist destination of Puerto Galera. The sailing takes roughly 90 minutes and arrives at the Muelle Pier.
