"Our trip"
Well where should I start firstly I am scared to death of boats but we have moved to guernsey to live so this was a something we needed to do. So as it's November the water was a bit choppy. And I got very seasick but I can't fault the staff at all they were brilliant helping me and my son Jason especially as he is autistic and panicked a little bit. Also a passenger helped as well a Mr humphrey who I would love to send a thank u card to. Anyway the staff were brilliant and they got me off in a wheelchair while a staff member took my son and drove my car off while I had a cup of tea. So I think it would of been a trip if I wasn't so ill. So I'd like to say thank u to all the condor staff that helped me I will definitely recommend your company to friends and family.

"Good experience "
Booked return day trip from St Malo to Jersey as foot passengers. Whole experience was very good and seamless. Parking directions at St Malo should be more prominent- not very easy to read in the dark!

"Ferry connection to Jersey for flight to Liverpool"
This ferry journey enabled a much easier journey back to the uk. It was on time on both occasions and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Facilities were of a good level and the cafe provided vegetarian options, which I appreciated. There was also a bar, a kiosk and a small but well stocked duty free.

"Il est tres shambolique? Non?"
This is a great trip from Jersey boarding is easy on foot. The staff are a delight. On board they are fantastic with good food and drink ready and waiting from the early morning ferries till the last of the day on a Friday. It's clean, it's efficient and a great start to a weekend. The return needs a total revamp on the St Malo side. They do manage to get everyone on board and set sail roughly on time so credit where it's due. However, the staff have a system to work with that is dysfunctional with long queues building up. School parties milling about and older people struggling to find seats. We were told the app is coming maybe next year.... Solve it with an app and an e ticket. A ticket dispensing machine and better signage. Groups should have to book in online or arrive earlier than families and individuals. Maybe if the manager was in the stocks outside for 30 minutes that would speed up modernisation. Maybe take a tip from almost any airline. Frankly it wasn't good enough. It didn't ruin anything and nobody got hurt but its a bit on the silly side for today!

"The French Connection"
My wife and I looked at travel from Scotland to Dinard in France to visit friends. Due to timings involved in only air travel, we decided to fly from Edinburgh to Jersey then take Condor Ferry to St Malo. Have to say that ferry experience was first class. Easy to book, friendly staff, efficient security checks all good. The ferry left on time and reached St Malo ahead of schedule. Same on the return. Comfortable seating and plenty of good quality food and drinks.
