"P&o ferry"
Very good service
"Poor Communication"
Disappointed I never received any notification that my ferry departure time was brought forward an hour.
"As good as any other"
Only problem was The security barrier dropped down on my vehicle whilst going under it. Still awaiting a representative to contact me.
"Wonderful trip "
A group of 4 friends travelled recently from Ireland to Scotland for a football game. The treatment we received on the ship was fantastic. The restaurant staff the bar staff the stewards everything we needed was looked after .. even the guy directing our car off the ferry said goodbye and thank you. Definitely will travel on P&O again
"Travel"
Very good service.punctuality 100 percent.5star.restaurant not great but overall excellent
"Wrong information "
Both sailings were very smooth and the ships were nice. However we missed our sailing back from Cairnryan because you sent us the wrong sailing time. We had to wait 3 hours for the next ferry
"Great sailing "
Friendly service. Well organized getting on and off ferry with vehicle. This survey would be my only complaint. Can't read it very well due to the blue
"Unhappy Customer "
Shocking Communication No feedback on cancelled ferries Can't speak to anyone about rebooking Text from P and O but you can't contact them either rang for hour and half Got boat eventually at 8pm this eve Sat there for almost an hour and no one told us what time we expected to depart Shocking treatment for paying Customers
"Smooth sailing "
No complaints, good experience. Smooth crossing, will do again as great way to travel with a car.
"Pure pleasure"
It was our first travel on a ferry on our own car. We are delighted about our experience. We were checked and boarded with minimal hassles. Then just 2 hours on quiet see and quick disembarking. Easy, straightforward and stressles s ! Food was good too. The ticket price was responsible for us.
"Recent travel. "
I travelled between Larne to Cairnryan on Tuesday at midday. This was a good time to travel as the ship was quiet with not too i many passengers. We travelled back on 8pm Thursday crossing which was much busier. I found the crew, meals and clea lines on board very goid but quite a few passengers were not wearing masks, while walking around.
"Really pleasant "
Very friendly and helpful staff in every department, looking forward to next journey ☺️
"P&O the way to go! "
I enjoyed a very relaxing trip from Larne to Cairnryan with P&O. With endless amounts of non alcoholic beverages and snacks and the choice to purchase hot food I will certainly be choosing P&O again in the future.
"Brilliant "
Really enjoyed the journey. All the staff on land and onboard is so nice. I definitely recommend it. And I ll travel this way again.
"My trip"
Sailed on time and arrived on time. Only critism is the seating in the Club Lounge that you pay extra for £16, needs replacing, the springs in the seat are tired and there is no comfort sitting in them. My motorbike was safely secured, the staff are very pleasent and polite. Other than the seating I have no complaints.
"very pleasant travelling !!"
Always find P&O ferry between Larne and Cairnryan a very pleasant experience Ferry always immaculate, restful and all staff are very helpful Will look forward to my next trip °°!!

"Larne crossing "

"Sailing "
Great service that left on time and arrived on time with plenty of service on the boat only slight snag was lack of seating in the lounge that filled up quickly
"Customer services"
Good customer services
"Larne-Cairnryan"
Best value crossing between Ireland and UK. Friendly staff, no frills on board, slept the whole way.
"Travel"
Happy to use p snd o again
"So easy "
Fantastic service, everywhere was lovely and clean and staff where great.
"Holiday "
Messed Direct Ferries about a bit.... So understanding and nice to me, thank you.
"Lovely crossing"
Timely, friendly and efficient. Only suggestion I would like to make is that I would like to see some healthier food options. Sometimes I take my own food as I know choices will be rather stodgy.
"No replies to Customer Service phone calls or emails"
We couldnt travel due to illness. Once we knew we tried ringing Direct Ferries and after several phone calls and no reply...we emailed using the Customer Service email..giving all our reference details. No replies to date after sending several emails. Very bad customer service . I now face having to ring you again on Tuesday and will wait as long as it takes.. as we need Cancellation invoice in order to claim on our Travel insurance.
"The ferry"
Excellent crossing both ways . To the second on timing. Staff great. All services on board first class would surely envourage others to use p.o ferries
"Great service"
We got the ferry from Belfast to Cairnryan and return. Couldn't have been happier with the service. Very easy check in and boarding. Very punctual departure and arrival times. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. Food on board was delicious and reasonably priced. I'd definitely recommend the ferry and will travel with them again.
"Brilliant "
Enjoyable
"Recent trip with P&O ferries"
Excellent service all round. Spotless comfortable boat with lovely friendly staff. Will definitely use this service in the future.
"Yet another fabulous trip."
Very easy crossing. Food good and very comfortable accommodation.
"So easy"
It was such an easy sailing. From boarding to disembark was simple and straightforward. The staff were lovely. The facilities were excellent. I will use the route again
"Ferry to Scotland"
Lounge facilities were good and gave us priority boarding whish we were unaware of at time of booking, so a good surprise. Pleasant trip.
"Smooth Sailing"
Great experience however coffee shop closed in cairnryan before departure pretty poor on behalf of P&O
"Manus"
I was on a motorbike out in the ran, I was made wait till last to board, I got the 10 o clock sailing which had lunch menu for 11.15 wrote on it, so instead of a fry I waited for lunch but I was told they weren't cooking any on that sailing
"Great service"
Excellent service......efficient, hassle free, cost effective, comfortable!! Coffee was great, I didn't eat but my partner said the breakfast was delicious!! Absolutely no faults!! Will be using Directferries in future!!
"Smooth as Silk"
Obviously the weather has a contribution to make but we could not have asked for a better crossing from Larne to Cairnryan than we had in July. Both ships -- the European Highlander going and the European Causeway coming back -- were comfortable and well equipped, and the two-hour sail flew by, to mix one's metaphors. The drive from Co. Wexford was equally smooth but the Scottish government should do something about many parts of the road surface from Cairnryan to Glasgow, especially below Kilmarnock! But the scenery is lovely. A nice trip all round.
"P&O Ferries."
We were very happy with our trip with P&O ferries.
"pleasant "
Nice ferry, pleasant trip
"Scotland trip"
Very comfortable voyage great restaurants and bar
"Very pleasant experience "
Loving the comfort. Loving the food. Staff were tops!!! Good timing.
"Lovely"
Had a really pleasant trip aboard in both directions from larne to cairnryan. Most staff were extremely pleasant and friendly.. would definitely use this route again.. on return journey we ordered food - staff were fabulous but quality of food wasn't amazing (processed chicken) all in all very good experience..
"travelling to Scotland "
This is a plesant boat to travelling on and there is no waiting around crew are on the ball and easy to get on and off
"Best way to travel"
First time driving on/off ferry. The process was very simple and very well choreographed. Once on board, we went to the lounge and were treated extremely well by the cabin staff. The 2 hour trip was a dream crossing. Food was perfectly fine - not haute cuisine, but perfectly fine. Disembarking was as smooth as getting onboard. Everything ran perfectly and I can have no complaints - and am sold on ferry travel.
"Trip from cairnryan to larne"
Good value..travelling was on time.and the sun was shoning
"Great but why so expensive?"
Great crossing , on time, plenty of facilities on board, friendly staff but why so expensive? I can travel to France, 18 hour crossing with a cabin each way for less money!
"2 return trips in one week."
Very nice ship with very pleasant staff. The members cabin is very relaxing which includes light refreshments and worth the extra cost. If you pay for priority boarding, you have to turn up early. We checked in 35 minutes before departure, were among the last 20 cars to board and we're actually the last car to get off. Not great priority treatment. Quite pricy for daytime travel, but still a nice trip.
"Texan in scotland"
Much easier than I expected.
"Re: Recent ferry crossing"
Recently I traveled with my uncle on the ferry crossing between Ireland and Scotland. We enjoyed our sailing as all the staff were very pleasant and would recommend using direct ferries in the future to friends.
