The Silja Festival can carry up to 2000 passengers and offers all the amenities you’d expect to find onboard a ferry part of the luxury Silja brand. In winter you’ll sail through the endless ice fields with fantastic sculptures in the pack ice while in the summer you can admire the breath-taking scenery under the midnight sun through the panoramic windows of the Silja Festival.
There’s around 600 cabins onboard the Silja Festival ranging from luxurious executive suites to standard inside cabins. All cabins are air conditioned and en-suite.
Onboard the Silja Festival you’ll find something to suit all tastes. In the Captains Grill there’s a wide variety of dishes including meat, fish and vegetarian options as well as grilled dishes, pasta and lighter meals. The Buffet Veranda offers a rich selection of starters, main courses and desserts or head to the Trattoria to sample some light dishes from around the world! In the Sailors Pub there’s an extensive range of beers, old favourites and some novelty drinks while the Casino Bar boasts a particularly good whisky selection. The night continues in the Panorama Bar disco where you can dance until the early hours. There is entertainment in the Dancing Palace provided by international dance bands and the bartenders who on request can create numerous fantastic cocktails.
You’ll find a range of shops onboard selling a variety of items at low tax free prices. Silja Perfumes is a self-service shop for high-quality cosmetics. In the Sea Shop on deck 4 you’ll find trendy clothes, fashion, jewellery, brand names and electronics while the Market on deck 8 is a fully stocked shop selling spirits, wines, beer, cigarettes and sweets.
You can also choose to pass the time by in the swimming pool, whirlpool, and sauna or in the Silja Festival's Casino - a games oasis sparkling with the excitement of playing and the triumph of winning!
Children are well catered for on the Silja Festival. There’s a Lotte village themed playroom as well as an ordinary play room featuring a ball pool, children’s films, drawing tables and toys. Children are also welcome in the wellness area and can make the most of the saunas and whirlpools.
