"Easy trip"
Booking online was simple and the website easy to use. Check in at the ferry terminal was straight forward with nice helpful staff. The cabin was lovely and clean with good facilities, and dinner and breakfast were included. A smooth crossing. All in all a very good trip, Thank you.
"Great round trip"
Great round trip. Lovely food and snacks on board and cabins more than adequate.

Very cheap and nice food at no extra cost, very good
"Dublin to Liverpool"
Though the two meals provided were plentiful and tasty; the catering crew were diffident to answering questions what food was offered, or following up concerns about drinks dispensers not working. There was no 'call to car' heard over the tannoy system, after waiting for some 30 minutes we went to the car deck to find many of the vehicles with their engines running! We waited in our car for a further 35 minutes before any movemt was detected for our departure from the ship. We were almost an hour late leaving the ship without explanation. Stena Line was so much better.
"Great trip"
Great smooth sailing keep up the good work
"Not a great experience"
Booked and paid for a 4 birth cabin, and was given a 2 birth without explanation, despite the boarding card saying a 4 birth cabin outside with window, food wasn't great and the kitchen staff were waiting over you to clear the plates, food service felt rushed and not pleasant. As a frequent traveler I have had a better service and experience from Irish ferries and stenna, so I will be sticking with them!
"Trip to Liverpool"
All good. Get a nights sleep on ferry.ferry helpful staff.great food.
"My experience"
I could not look for better service and comfort had a great journey
"Great way to travel"
Great price. Top class. I would highly recommend P&O ferries, very friendly staff, very clean ship. Breakfast and dinner included which is a massive plus. Free tea, coffee, fruit juices and water available all day. I will definitely be traveling again.
"Smooth Trip"
It was a very rough sea But the crossing was great as the night passed into day the sea calmed and we arrived into Beautiful Dublin Port on a sunny Day
"affordable"
Took P&O with 3 under 10 yr old kids & a dog to Liverpool and back to Dublin. According to Direct Ferries (booking agent) l was suppost to be able to check on our pet mid sail but P&O dont allow this. 9 hrs+ is a long time to be alone for the dog but she coped. There were 2 meals onboard (FREE) which was great with 3 kids to feed. Food wasnt great but everyone ate something so it was decent enough. We had a cabin on our return trip which was clean and cosy. Staff were great

"Missed the Boat due to poor signage."
We came to Liverpool via Dublin. We Stayed in Manchester for the weekend. On the way back we give ourselves 2 hours. We left at 12 midnight the boat was due to leave at 3am There is 3 different ports in Liverpool. We ended up going through the toll three times. On the email there is no directions or a phone no to ring at that time in the morning. When we arrived at the port that we thought was the man at the booth said to inform you about people are getting lost all the time and to put up good signage. This was the scenario line port we ended up in. We also ended up in the city port as well. When we arrived at the correct port the boat was leaving. It took us over 2 hours going around in Circles. My wife and I are not happy with this. We had to pay over 276 euros to come back by hollyhead. We had two hours to drive to hollyhead at this time in the morning. It cost us over 500 euros. I am looking for a refund on the return journey that never happened. Regards Brian Smythm
"Brilliant "
The only way to travel this was the first time to travel this way had previously travelled from Holyhead, Fishguard and Cairnryan First class service in all respects....
"Refreshing!"
After travelling the Holyhead route for the past 2 years and the gruelling drive to Lancashire, this trip was such a surprise. We were early and allowed to board the Ferry. Greeted in a cheerful way in Reception, guided to the canteen where fabulous food was provided, and again in the morning. Given pillowa and blankets for the upstairs lounge which was very quiet and on leaving the ferry we found our way out towards the N7 more easily than the Holyhead route. Almost forgot - toilets amazing.
"I'm very excited "
I'm very happy with this one
"adequate"
basic but fine ..delay of 2 hours leaving liverpool .very smooth sailing .
"Another trouble free crossing "
I travel this route quite often and have always found the facilities excellent and the staff very professional and friendly. Will be travelling the same route end of June and will book passage with confidence as always know I will recieve a great service.
"Dublin to Liverpool "
Nice service injoyble
"Swift Crossing"
Pleasant, fast and clean. Much better than the Stena slow boat! Quick loading/unloading and 2 hour crossing time.
"Plane sailing"
I would take sailing over flying always especially with P&O the staff are welcoming & friendly.
"ferry trip"
we enjoyed a relaxing ferry trip. staff were very helpful and friendly. ship European Endeavour was very comfortable. food was good. we hope to travel on it again soon
"Smooth sailing"
This was our first sailing on the European Endeavour and with P&O so we weren't sure what to expect ... once we found the ferry port everything was smooth sailing. To be able to put your head on a nice clean soft pillow and curl up under a cuddly blanket was just what was needed at 03:30hrs and to wake up to breakfast before docking was great. All staff were courteous and helpful, facilities were clean and more than adequate. The only difficulty was finding the port - we circled around for more than a hour (google eventually came to our aid!). Just a suggestion ... maybe the shop could be a bit bigger!!
"Comfortable travel "
Comfortable travel and friendly staff. Most comfortable trip across the Irish sea ive had without a cabin. The actual arrival time was an hour later than posted for disembarkation of cars so give yourself that time.
"P and O Irish sea"
Nothing but good things to say about this service. Superb care and attention from port staff at both Dublin and Liverpool. These guys couldn't have been more helpfull even with a less than standard vehicle and loaded trailer combination. Crossing time allows for a good rest break before travelling on again, and the two meals set you up for the journey ahead. Relatively straight forward booking procedure online, either direct with P and O, or by Direct Ferries brokerage. Competetively priced but check all times for best value. Nice to be treated like a passenger, rather than a commodity!!
