"No milk"
The facilities were very adequate. The dinner though basic was very tasty. Nice linen and towels and bed was lot more comfortable than it looked. However anyone co ming down after 4.45 couldn’t have cereal or tea as there was no milk.

"Great service "
Highly recommend
"Very pleasant way to travel when you're in no hurry!"
My wife and I used P&O Ferries to travel to England from Ireland, using the Dublin - Liverpool route. Using P&O saved us €150+ vs other operators using the Dublin - Holyhead route. This saving was inclusive of the extra cost incurred booking a 2-berth (outside) cabin for both journeys (€52). 3 meals outbound and 2 inbound were included in the general price. Arriving in Liverpool also saved us well over an hour in driving time to our destination in the Midlands. We were in no hurry and as 8 hrs is a long time to spend on a ferry, the cabin offers excellent value. Our outbound ferry was the Norbank. The staff were friendly and efficient and the accommodation was clean. The breakfast was just ok, as was the (slightly watery) mushroom soup and bread roll for lunch, but the 'tea' before docking was much nicer. Our return ferry was the Norbay. Again, the staff were very good - even friendlier than before, and efficient. Cabin was clean. The food (breakfast and tea) was very good and a big improvement. More choice and cooked better. Both ferries departed and arrived on time. The security/check-in staff at both ports were friendly and very kindly helped sort out an issue (our error) with one of the names on the booking, compared to the ID details. Thank you! In general, I'd definitely recommend this option if you are not in a hurry and want to save a considerable amount of money. Maybe less good if you've small children as there's little or nothing to entertain them from what I saw.
"Great value"
Great service food was good overall very satisfied with my experience
"Best services "
Quality for everything, love to travel again and again .
"Excellent trip"
I don’t think I will ever fly across the Irish Sea again because the crew were brilliant the ship was spotless clean and very comfortable Despite travelling in a SW gale.Every member of P&O from the checkin staff to the ship crew couldn’t have been more helpful.FULL MARKS
"Fantastic trip with this ferry"
Travelled for a funeral in the UK. This ferry included breakfast and dinner and unlimited tea n coffee or hot chocolate. The cabins were clean and the two birth ones were not bunk beds which was fantastic. There was a shower and toilet ensuing and the price was the cabin was a lit cheaper than other ferry companies. The staff were really helpful.
"Great service "
Couldn’t have asked for more thank you
"Good Service "
First trip on this route and overall very good experience and exceeded my expectations.
"Summer Sailing "
Great way to travel and cabin was so comfortable. As it's a long sail would definitely recommend booking the cabin. Thanks Guys!!!!
"Used a few times and will use again"
I've used this ferry a number of times and I am always happy with the service, the staff on board are great and can not do enough to help, the ship is clean and cabins are comfy.
"Amazing experience "
It is a long trip from Dublin-Liverpool but starting from breakfast and dinner included also we got a cabin for 22.50 pounds so me and mum took it plus we had a small baby with us which made it so comfortable! Thank you very much we will travel again.
"Not happy"
My recent trip was not very pleasant the staff on the loading deck were horrible they would be a course on dealing with coustomers who at the end of the day are paying their wages,no comparison to stenna line or Irish ferries.
"Delay"
Despite being delayed by over 12 hours, unable to cross till late last night due to adverse weather conditions we were made as comfortable as possible and updated regularly from the start Liverpool dock up till docking in Dublin.
"I would definitely travel again with you guys"
I was on my way to HollyheadAnd I wasn’t gonna make the 830 Ferry so I decided to get to 9 PM Liverpool to Dublin nice & comfortable good food I had a good sleep shower in the morning I was in Dublin at 6 AM And feeling fresh
"Trip on Norbank"
Travelled on the Norbank ship with my 2 young children. Was very shocked to see there were no amenities for children. When I looked up P&0 ferries and it says there is a kids club. I was very disappointed to find there was none. In saying that we booked a cabin so the kids were able to sleep during the day and the food was fantastic. There was complimentary tea coffee hot chocolate etc which was a nice touch. We also got free colouring packs for them. The staff were friendly and very courteous. Although there wasn't anything for kids on board we managed to entertain ourselves on the long 8 hour journey. Would recommend for anyone travelling but not with very small kids.
"Great experience!"
I did not realize the trip to Liverpool from Dublin was an 8 hour trip until the night before(I went from Scotland to Belfast on way to IRE). However, I was pleasantly surprised! The staff made all the difference-they were amazing. The front desk person was welcoming and very helpful and the kitchen staff was fantastic. They were friendly and helpful. The accommodations were great and I felt all customers were treated well which caused a great atmosphere in the common areas of the boat. My family and I couldn’t have been more pleased.
"Feed back"
I am happy with my experience on this trip. The ship kept to time. Facilities clean and appropriate. I am 100% satisfied
"Very pleased "
Travelled dublin to Liverpool and return journey. Was very pleased with the overall journey and how the staff managed everything from parking to meals included etc. Booked an indoor cabin on one journey and it was a great opportunity to catch up on lost sleep!
"Heating "
Very cold no heating lots of passengers complaining we asked a member of staff to sort it out but to no avail we have used this sailing before and same complaint because of this fact would not recommend
"Great way to travel"
Great price. Top class. I would highly recommend P&O ferries, very friendly staff, very clean ship. Breakfast and dinner included which is a massive plus. Free tea, coffee, fruit juices and water available all day. I will definitely be traveling again.
"Perfect way to travel "
Such a pleasure to do this journey. Departed on time , had dinner, lovely clean top deck cabin, woke up to call for breakfast and arrived in Dublin refreshed.
"Missed the Boat due to poor signage."
We came to Liverpool via Dublin. We Stayed in Manchester for the weekend. On the way back we give ourselves 2 hours. We left at 12 midnight the boat was due to leave at 3am There is 3 different ports in Liverpool. We ended up going through the toll three times. On the email there is no directions or a phone no to ring at that time in the morning. When we arrived at the port that we thought was the man at the booth said to inform you about people are getting lost all the time and to put up good signage. This was the scenario line port we ended up in. We also ended up in the city port as well. When we arrived at the correct port the boat was leaving. It took us over 2 hours going around in Circles. My wife and I are not happy with this. We had to pay over 276 euros to come back by hollyhead. We had two hours to drive to hollyhead at this time in the morning. It cost us over 500 euros. I am looking for a refund on the return journey that never happened. Regards Brian Smythm
"My experience with P and O Irish sea."
I had fun.
"Not fancy, but good"
I traveled with P&O and then Irish Ferries in the space of a week. While Irish Ferries is definitely swankier, I'd prefer P&O any day. The facilities were basic but clean and appropriate. The staff was very friendly and professional, even coming to find me in the lounge to ask if I was vegetarian (for the dinner meal) after I avoided meat at breakfast The public spaces were not super spacious or elegant but adequate - both dining rooms and lounges with sea views. Staff turned on/off the TV in the lounge at passengers' requests. The buffet meals (2 free in an 8-hour trip) were totally acceptable, and warm coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water were available for free throughout. Why do I prefer P&O? Because it seems closer to what a ferry experience should be - not edging toward a commercial shopping centre, casino, or fun park - rather a slow, simple, and genuinely friendly form of travel.
"Great experience"
Absutely superb experience. It was our first time on the Endevour ship. The ship was spotless clean and the rooms also were very clean. The staff were nice and the food was very excellent quality. The rooms were at the perfect temperature. .lovely and warm. The movies for the kids were the latest which was great. We are bookjng again for the new year. Thank you.
"Good but can be better if add extra value to it"
The surfing which furry was good and comfortable, there are some points need be improved and developed, one is important that concern every passenger is the Wi Fi for trip 8 to 9 hours duration as my trip was. Second there is no lift or elevators for elderly people or disabled who I saw them hard suffering going 2-3 level upstairs. Surfing time can be less than 8 hours if the furry increase the very slow speed making time little bit shorter. The port address in Dublin on web site is very confused and make my trip inside Dublin to port mess, no post code, gloomy way within Dublin, I spent extra 30 minutes to find the right way to port. Time for P&O port gate to open on Internet is different from real time when I arrived to Dublin Port. The given time on Internet website is 5:30 a.m but real time opened 7:30 a.m I wait one hour to be opened. Staff and worker at Dublin port are very helpful, kind and qualified much better that Liverpool port. After 8 hours ferry journey we waited almost one hour and half to enter the platform at Liverpool port. Ferry Staff on board are kind, politeed and helpful. Food and drink services are very good, tasty and nice. Last point is most important of all is the price should be cheaper as petrol prices huge declined and passenger feeling is the company manipulate prices and gave unjustified excuses for very high prices which is more than airplane prices from Dublin to Midlands cities and that is very true.
"Love the journey."
Myself and my kids enjoyed the trip it was like we went on a cruise, the meal was delicious and the service was fantastic,it was a real good time for us. I have recommended it for a friend which they have booked will be coming by sunday to liverpool on holiday. Moreover the ship was very clean and cosy.
"Another trouble free crossing "
I travel this route quite often and have always found the facilities excellent and the staff very professional and friendly. Will be travelling the same route end of June and will book passage with confidence as always know I will recieve a great service.
"Really good"
